Preparation and the Procedure of Total Body Lifting

Total Body Lifting is carried out in two acts, with the first being more comprehensive and involving the removal of fat, elimination of sagging abdomen, as well as the tightening of the abdominal skin, strengthening of the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall, removal of excess skin from the back and hips, shaping of the buttocks, and reduction of thigh circumference, i.e., body contouring. In this or the second act, arm tightening, liposuction, and shaping of the calves, hips, and other parts of the body where loose skin and excess fat deposits are visible are also performed to achieve almost complete fat removal and body shaping.

All of this sometimes takes up to 8 hours. Once you recover from the first part of the surgery and when the wounds have healed sufficiently (usually after a few months), the second act is performed. This involves breast correction by removing excess skin and, if necessary, adding silicone implants, as well as other minor corrections of irregularities remaining from the previous surgical act, as achieving perfect body shaping all at once is impossible due to the extensive procedure.

Recovery After Total Body Lifting Procedure

Although Total Body Lifting can be equally effective on both younger and older individuals, preference is given to younger skin, which will better withstand the surgery and recover more quickly from the endured trauma. After skin tightening and overall body shaping are performed, it is necessary to be under constant medical supervision for some time.

The stitches are removed after two weeks, and elastic compression garments should be worn for about a month to achieve perfect tightening of the abdominal skin and other parts of the body.
